Coaching out of the box
In May this year, a tailor made and individualised coaching program for the top management sector of an international pharmaceutical company was conceptualised and executed. Over a period of four days, the participants of this distinctive coaching agenda partook in a company-specific and personality developing coaching program that included single and group-coaching sessions right in the middle of nature near the Tramuntana Mountain range.
Coaching content and objectives were implemented with the aid of tools such as the business specific ‘Status Quo Analysis’. In order to guarantee the sustainable implementation of the interaction and communication-strategies, each coaching activity was adapted to the general coaching plan. Moreover specific coaching theory-units embedded within the various activities, formed a basis where the new communication system and structures could be applied and practiced on.
The participants placed themselves in the trusted hands of the coaches and trainers without having had any knowledge of what awaited them, while the coaching was of course at all times handled in close and direct cooperation with a LifeXperiences project manager.
